Great value for your money. Clean rooms, good water pressure, central location in Chonburi. Minimum required amenities: TV, free water, AC. Away from busy street. Tons of restaurants around, mall in 4 min drive. Can walk as well. Will say here again if opportunity comes in the future.

Hotel/condo is in a good location about 10 -15 minute walk to Central shoppong mail and lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms are very clean. No toilet paper is provided and no power points in the bathroom. I would return if staying again in Chonburi. We stayed at this hotel when attending the amazing Buffalo Racing Festival which was roughly 10 minute grab ride.

Clean and at convenient location,but there's a big concern which is the electricity bill when you stay in for a monthly period,,,they do business with the energy units,,,,stayed there for exactly 7 weeks ,alone , absolutely alone,no washing machine,not used the hot water ,never on the TV( not a fan), just the air conditioning at night,,, 5500 Baht ,for the electricity bill (50 days) ,that's exactly $200 Australian,,,never gonna be back

It's a small serviced apartment, which is clean and well-maintained. Staff are nice and helpful. It's close to Central Plaza, where you can easily take the "Song Teow" (which is a truck, a type of public transport) so it's quite convenient.
